1. Prohibited conduct
Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, exploitation, adult-minor secret contact, location solicitation, and attempts to bypass guardian controls are prohibited.
2. Product protections
Managed child profiles are hidden from public search, cannot use direct messages, cannot reveal contact information or location, and cannot join a circle without guardian authorization. Supervised child-device mode remains fail-closed unless production parental verification and device approval are active.
3. Reports and urgent response
Child-safety reports enter a dedicated queue. Critical matters are preserved and escalated under documented procedures. GroupLock will make reports to appropriate authorities when legally required.
